Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal , leider hatte.wir zwei Familien auf dem Stock, die nicht wussten, wie man sich in einem Hotel verh?lt, Türen knallen, sp?t abends rumrennen auf dem Flur . Das war das einzig ?rgerliche . Reichhaltiges Frühstück , super Lage um Biellas Fu?g?ngerzone zu erkunden. Prima Matratzen, Kopfkissen leider viel zu weich.

Verfügbare Parkpl?tze, sauberes sch?nes Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Mitten im Zentrum der Altstadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Parking was OK for a 2.1m high van but exiting the car park was challenging and wouldn’t suit a very long vehicle

Who knew Biella was such a sophisticated town. Great art and food. Our hotel was right in the middle of town and also quiet and safe. Highly recommend The Augustus!

Lhotel si trova in zona centrale di Biella, molto pulito, la stanze molto carina così anche il bagno, la colazione molto buona tutto il personale gentilissimi e disponibili, se dovete andare a Biella tenetelo in considerazione perché ne vale la pena. Grazie a tutti

L'h?tel est sympa, au calme et surtout en plein centre ville. Pratique pour sortir le soir ! Par contre il n'est pas toujours facile de s'y garer.
